I tried shopping on THURO, the site felt a bit all over the place. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and a few buttons weren’t super clear right away.

Looking for product details wasn’t very smooth either. I had to click around more than I should have, and the menu didn’t feel that easy to follow. Some things were in places I didn’t expect, and that part was weird.

I did manage to use the site in the end, so it’s not completely broken or anything. It just made the shopping experience more frustrating than it needed to be, and I wouldn’t call it very user-friendly

Checkout was really easy overall, just a little slower than I expected. Still, it was straightforward and not a big deal.

I ordered online and picked it up in store the next day. The staff found my order quickly, and I only had to wait a few minutes at the counter. Nothing especially fancy, but it was simple, smooth, and worked the way it should.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the items felt kind of random, just a little random, but overall it made shopping easier. I’d use it again for sure, especially if I’m not totally sure what I want yet.

A lot of the items I wanted were sold out, which was frustrating. I mean, not everything, but enough that it took me way longer than it should’ve to find what I actually needed.

It took a few emails to get everything sorted, so it wasnt super quick, but they did end up helping with my warranty claim and got it handled.

I’d say my experience with thuroshop.com was good overall. The site was fairly easy to use, and my order showed up basically as expected. Shipping maybe took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered a few things from thuroshop.com and everything arrived exactly how I picked it out. No missing items, and the sizes and colors were all correct, which is always nice. Shipping took about the usual amount of time, so no complaints there. The only small thing was that the tracking updates were a little slow, but the order itself was spot on.

I’m sure the communication was one of the best parts. They kept me updated the whole time and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. it was all stress-free from start to finish.
